Should you have to cancel for any reason you will have 48 HOURS (2 DAYS) after booking to cancel and receive A RAIN CHECK. Rain checks are good for a total of one year (12 months) from the date of cancellation. Anything after 48 HOURS, CUSTOMER WILL FORFEIT DEPOSIT.
Yes. We require 50% of the rental amount upfront and a $350-1250 SECURITY DEPOSIT for all reservations. Security deposit are due 2 DAYS prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and the 50% deposit will NOT BE REFUNDED. Security deposit will be returned in the event that all items are returned in the condition rented. Security deposits are based upon the type of event booked.
Rentals are set up 1 hour prior to event (not included in
rental time) and 1 hour for take down/clean up (not included in rental time). Rentals are 2-4 hours, prices are not adjusted for shorter times. All OUTDOOR rentals must end at 9pm or sooner in the cooler months.

No. We do not provide any wifi, screaming devices or licenses for events. Customer must provide a strong enough signal.
Project The Night will not setup in any type of inclement weather.
Snow, sleet, frigid temperatures, heavy rain, hurricanes, high winds, tornadoes, and wildfires.
No. Once we have placed the equipment there will be no refunds. If the weather changes and becomes dangerous, we will remove all equipment.

Yes, we provide just hookah services and everyone is required to provide a valid ID.
